Entry for Ironman Wales 2012!

Before you enter Ironman Wales please ensure you have read the event information

Ironman Wales, 16th September 2012

Individual Entry Fee £375.00 plus 5% Active Administration Fee

Late entry: 20th March 2012, a late entry fee of £40 will apply.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card only, your entry is confirmed immediately and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please contact the office if you do not receive your confirmation email.

Withdrawal Process
You can withdraw from the race at any time by following the withdrawal instructions on the FAQ section.  The date your email is received will dictate the following terms for cancellation:
Cancellation notices received:
Until 16th May, 2012: 50% refund
Until 16th July, 2012: 25% refund
After 16th July, 2012: no refunds will be given. This policy is not dependant on circumstances and is final.
It is not possible to defer your entry to another year or another athlete. The 5% Active fee is non-refundable.

Newly introduced for 2012 events, athletes will have the opportunity to transfer their race entry to another race, subject to certain conditions and the payment of the administration fee.  Please refer to the FAQs for further details.

What are the distances?
Swim; 2.4 miles in open water. A wetsuit is compulsory for the swim.
Bike, 112 miles the bike course. 1st loop 72 miles and the 2nd loop 40 miles
Run, 26.2 miles the run course is four laps in the town.

What are the cut off times?
From the race start you will have the following times to complete each section of the course
Swim: 2 hours 20 minutes
Bike: 10 hours 30 minutes
Run: 17 hours

By entering the event you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Ironman and instructions from race officials, including the cut off times above. Failure to comply may resuls in penalties or disqualification
