IRONMAN Wales is committed to providing local residents and businesses with accurate information about the route and timings of the event in order that plans can be made to minimise the impact of the event.

On race day there will be restrictions on vehicle access along the route of the bike and run courses.  Below we provide an overview of the times and sections affected and crossing points on the route that allow many area access that would otherwise be restricted.

Note: The A40 and A477 are unaffected by the event and facilitate access east-west throughout the event.  Tenby is accessible throughout the day via Carew and the Gumfreston Road.  A Park & Ride scheme will again operate from Carew Airfield into Tenby and via Saundersfoot to allow spectators to view the event.
