Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery for UK, CI and IOM costs £3.95 is sent by Royal Mail.
The expected delivery time is 3-5 working days, this goes from the date of despatch when the goods leave our warehouse.
Please note that during sale periods delivery times may be longer (up to 10 working days).
Returns and Cancellations
Simply ensure your returned items reach us within 28 days of the invoice date, unused and with the packaging intact with details of the refund or exchange you require. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. Please allow up to 21 days for postal returns to be processed.
Delivery and Returns Legal Statement
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 7 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email. Returning any item within 7 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required. If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods requires that you return the goods to us on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
